On Saturday June 23rd, our beloved Lee Byung Hun (이병헌) and fellow actor Ahn Sung Ki (안성기) will be the first Asian actors to cast their hands and footprints on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As part of the Look East Film Festival taking place Saturday June 23rd -24th, many of the top Korean directors and leading actors will showcase their award-winning works at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
Most of the Western audience will recognize Lee Byung Hun as Storm Shadow from the G.I. Joe franchise. However, we at 24-7 K-Pop recognize him from the highly popular Korean dramas All-In and IRIS; and notable films such as A Bitter-Sweet Life, The Good-The Bad The Weird, and I Saw the Devil.
