Big Bang’s Seungri Show Off His Acting Skills For New Role

Seungri’s time in Japan pays off as he will be staring in an upcoming Japanese Drama.

YG Entertainment revealed that Seungri will be playing Kim Ryong Dong in Nippon TV’s Kindaichi Case Files: Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case.

Kim Ryong Dong is a Korean student studying in Hong Kong and working part-time at a hotel. When a murder occurs within the hotel, he becomes one of the suspects, but is proven innocent later by Kindaichi.

Seungri commented,

“Because it’s a drama series produced on a global scale, I’m nervous to meet viewers from many countries. I’ll try my best and I hope I can enjoy shooting it.”
