The rumors are true! PSY looks to have achieved the kind of cross over success many Asian artists dream of. YG Entertainment announced to Newsen that PSY did indeed sign a contract. Nothing has been settled yet about any PSY releases under the new agency. PSY surprised the world when he released Gangnam Style and it became a dance craze, making him known to people who might not even be able to locate South Korea on a map. In August PSY traveled to the United States to meet with Justin Bieber’s agency executives. Looks like PSY will be debuting in the United States soon if things go the right way. This might explain why PSY was invited to the MTV Music Awards that will be occuring on September 6th, 2012. While on American soil he will discuss further plans on his debut release. This is some seriously good news, congratulations PSY!
