Wang Xueqi looks to be in talks to play Iron Man villain Chen Lu! The actor and his management are keeping their cards close to their chests but it’s true that Wang Xueqi met to talk to Iron Man 3 producer Dan Mintz. Wang Xueqi is a renowned actor who has starred in movies such as Warriors of Heaven and Earth, Forever Enthralled, Bodyguards and Assasins, and Chongqing Blues. The role that Wang Xueqi is rumored to be in talks to portray is that of Chen Lu. Chen Lu aka Radioactive Man is a villain in the Marvelverse that exposed himself to small amounts of radiation over a period of time. He eventually gains the power to manipulate and use this radiation as a weapon. His body literally glows green from all the radiation it has absorbed. Cool!
Looking at the picture of the character from the comics………..I definitely think that Wang Xueqi could pull it off. What do you guys think? I’d guess they would give him that glowy radiated skin through some killer makeup and cgi effects.
