Actor Lee Minki has been cleared of all accusations of physical violence.
The accuser has been sentenced to jail for false pretenses.
On the 5th of September, Lee Minki was continuously harassed by Mr. Heo, who claimed that the actor hit someone and told the actor to pay him a large sum of money to remain quiet. Minki then called the police, and the court sentenced the accuser to 10 months in prison.
The original case that the accuser used, was a fight in 2010 that started out verbally but ended up with a friend of Lee Minki and Heo receiving injuries.
Even though Lee Minki was present at the scene, Heo used Lee Min Ki’s presence to accuse him of causing the fight and demanded roughly 20,000 dollars USD in compensation or he would report the incident to the police.
