Dance Diva, Jolin Tsai's Promotional Event

On September 13th, “Dance Diva” Jolin Tsai held a promotional event at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing for her newest Mandarin album MUSE which will be released on the 14th. Jolin wore a purple mini outfit with a low neckline and showed off her beautiful legs. Jolin sang her new song Wandering Poet wowing everyone with her vocals. Friends such as Tanya Tsai, JJ Lin, and S.H.E. recorded VCRs to send their blessings. The usually reserved Jolin when it comes to her private life avoided talking about her boyfriend, but admitted she was in a sweet relationship through a drawing she made on set.

That day, as soon as Jolin appeared, fans started screaming. Jolin looked very sexy in a mini purple velvet suit and lace corset. Releasing a new album after two years, the company treats this event as very important. To work with the themes of The Great Artist and MUSE, they picked the highest art institute, China Central Academy of Fine Arts, to hold the press conference with a great post-modernist stage and new outfit stealing gazes. At the event, Jolin introduced the new outfit, a lot of which was sent to France to complete. During the interview, Jolin even smiled and said, going to France this time was both for the new outfit and to help Mom buy gifts, and even blamed the company for packing her schedule too tightly, not leaving her enough time to go shop and enjoy the scenery.

At the event, the sponsor especially prepared a psychological game for Jolin. Taiwanese psychologist Xia Dong Hao read Jolin’s heart through her drawings. Even though she rarely talks about her personal feelings, Jolin’s drawing of a ship revealed a small secret in her heart. Xia Dong Hao explained that Jolin once experienced hardships in love, but currently, everything was going well and her attitude towards love was very determined. To this, Jolin nodded and smiled thoughtfully on the side, silently confirming that she was in a happy relationship. When asked, since her good friend Stefanie Sun has already married and had a baby, if Jolin was also planning to have a baby, Jolin smiled and said she had no immediate plans to create a new person, but is very happy seeing her friend complete a life goal.

As of now, the not-yet-released album has already been seen online in downloadable forms. Even though this allowed the fans that waited for her for two years to take a listen first, and to sing together with Jolin as she drew, this move did not win Jolin’s heart. On stage, Jolin expressed her helplessness and implored fans to support the official albums. The new album has also raised questions of plagiarism, but this did not affect Jolin’s confidence. When being interviewed, plagiarism questions were avoided and Jolin only said,

“In my life, a lot of people like me, and a lot of people don’t like me. I’m already used to it. Of course, this new album, the entire company and team worked very hard to produce it, so I’m confident.”
