Filipino fans of L’Arc~en~Ciel, or Laruku, are gathering together for a fan meet called Coming Closer. This meet was set up by L’Arc~en~Ciel Philippine Street Team, as an attempts to promote Philippines for L’Arc`en~Ciel’s next stop on their World Wide Tour. The fan meet, which will be held September 23, 2012, will have a L’Arc Quiz, Mukimpo Eating Contest, L’Arc~en~Ciel Karaoke, and tones of music.
